The two creek studies contain current and voltage measurements done by Stetzer Electric, Inc. According to reports of long-term residents near Dill Creek, the creek used to have predatory fish. It no longer has them. It also no longer has the bait fish on which they fed, which was attributed to the fact that there no longer seemed to be mosquito larvae present in the stream. Mosquito larvae are an important food source for the little fish. Is the electrical pollution to blame?
